GlowCare Rewards Program - Terms & Conditions
- Program Eligibility
The GlowCare Rewards Program is open to all customers who register using a valid PK cell number. Each cell number may be linked to one account only. Mentioning, all customers are auto-enrolled (if not already) in loyalty program when they place an order. - Earning Points
Reward points are earned on eligible purchases only. Points are calculated on the net order value (excluding taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and promotional adjustments unless otherwise stated). - Points Redemption
Points may be redeemed on eligible purchases through the "Checkout using Rewards" button on website, subject to verification via OTP on the registered mobile number. Points cannot be exchanged for cash. - Non-Transferability
Reward points are non-transferable and may not be shared, combined, or sold between accounts. - Points Expiry
Reward points are valid for 2 months from the date they are earned, unless otherwise specified. Expired points cannot be reinstated. - Tier Qualification
Membership tiers are determined based on cumulative spending. GlowCare Pakistan reserves the right to review, adjust, upgrade, or downgrade tier status at its discretion. - Returns & Cancellations
In case of order cancellation or return, the corresponding reward points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the member’s account. - Program Modifications
GlowCare Pakistan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program, including changes to:
- Points earning rates
- Redemption values
- Membership tiers
- Expiry periods
- Eligibility criteria
These changes may be made at any time without prior notice. - Fraud & Misuse
GlowCare Pakistan reserves the right to cancel or suspend accounts found engaging in fraudulent activity, abuse of the program, or violation of these terms. - Final Decision
In case of any dispute, the decision of GlowCare Pakistan shall be final and binding.
