Refund policy
GlowCare Pakistan provides its customers with a comprehensive return and refund policy. If you wish to return a product, please contact our support team at contact@glowcareshop.com, and we will arrange the return.
If the product is damaged or incorrect, GlowCare Pakistan will bear full responsibility. For returns due to other reasons, the customer must bear the shipping costs.
Eligibility for a Return:
- The product must be unused.
- It should be returned in its original packaging.
- The purchase receipt must be included as proof.
For refunds, GlowCare Pakistan offers:
- Bank Transfer
- Easy Paisa
- Jazz Cash
- Other feasible methods for both customer and company
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. If the product is returned for reasons other than damage or incorrect order, a voucher will be provided instead of a direct refund, and the customer will bear the return shipping charges. This voucher will be valid for one months.
Please note that no return or exchange will be accepted for perfumes and electronic devices due to hygiene and safety reasons. We recommend carefully reviewing product details before making your purchase.
Once the product is returned and verified for eligibility, the customer will receive their chosen refund or voucher.
Please note that we will not process refund requests after 7 days of delivery.
